  After 30 years as a landlord I have seen and heard a lot, but Ethan Property take the cake as the worst real estate agents I have ever used! My advice would be to void them at all costs if you a seek a return on your investment as this Company do not work for you.
  
  From my experience, they struggle to get the basics right, marketing, statements, maintenance, property management, tenancies and post occupancy details. There is a huge turn over is staff and I would say that over the past couple of years I have had more than 5 property managers. They rarely return emails or calls.
  
  They have now outsourced their NRAS compliance to a Western Australian Company and the have set up a new property management company they are calling "Tebter". I have experienced no change in performance with this new outfit. The Commonwealth Government and DSS should be ashamed to have Ethan a NRAS provider as they do not appear to genuinely capable of addressing the needs of investors who are happy to address affordable housing.
